Konflikten i Ukraine - et år er gået

Det er nu et år siden, at konflikten i Ukraine begyndte, og den fortsætter stadig på fuldt blus. Her kan du se billeder fra det forgangne år i Ukraine.

Det hele startede for nøjagtig et år siden.

Den 21. november 2013 forlod den daværende ukrainske præsident, Viktor Janukovitj, forhandlinger med EU om en handelsaftale.

På grund af uenigheder ved forhandlingsbordet vendte præsidenten sig i stedet mod Rusland for at skabe en tættere relation til naboen mod øst.

Det blev for meget for tusindvis af ukrainere, som hellere så et ukrainsk samarbejde med Europa end med Rusland.

Siden den dag har Ukraine været ramt af demonstrationer og kampe mellem pro-europæere og pro-russere, og blandt andet er øen Krim blevet annekteret af Rusland efter en ulovlig afstemning.
