Det er ikke ofte, det sner i Jerusalem.
Men natten til fredag faldt der op til 25 centimeter sne i Israel. Busser blev aflyst, og borgere blev frarådet udkørsel.
Ifølge avisen The Times of Israel måtte en kvinde føde sit barn i ambulancen, fordi den ikke kunne komme frem til hospitalet i snestormen. I en anden redningsbil blev et brudepar transporteret hjem fra deres bryllupsfest.

De fleste skoler er lukket, så der er god tid til sneboldkamp, sneengle og snemænd i den hellige by.
